You can manage your membership anytime inside your account:

📱 On mobile:

1. Log in to your SHIFT dashboard.

2. Tap Settings & Memberships.

3. Then tap the ☰ (hamburger icon) in the top corner.

4. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscriptions.

5. Select Cancel.

💻 On desktop:

1. Log in to your SHIFT dashboard.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Tap Settings & Memberships.

4. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscriptions.

5. Select Cancel.

You’ll still have full access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we’re not an app just yet — but SHIFT is fully mobile-friendly and built to feel like one.

To use SHIFT like an app:
1️⃣ Open the SHIFT Dashboard in your phone’s browser.
2️⃣ Tap the Share / Options icon.
3️⃣ Select “Add to Home Screen.”

You’ll then get the SHIFT icon on your home screen — tap it anytime to jump straight into your dashboard, just like an app 🚀

Sometimes it lands in spam or promotions.
Search your inbox for “SHIFT Society” or check your junk folder.
If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll resend your login info manually.

Absolutely. You can come back anytime and pick up right where you left off.
Just head to the SHIFT Society sign-up page and rejoin whenever you’re ready.

Because SHIFT is a digital membership with immediate access to all resources, we don’t offer refunds.
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

All resources live inside your SHIFT portal under the Resource Hub.
There you’ll find your Interactive Quizzes, Training Log, daily planner, meal planner, and more. All downloadable and ready to use on any device.
